Part of ABSAR’s social obligation within its framework, it has felt the need for different types of special knowledge and vocational training for the society members in Saudi Arabia. Training and educational institute was formed for this purpose. This institute is named ABSAR academy.

ABSAR Academy is an institute for teaching civil engineering specialty, managerial and leadership skills.

ABSAR Academy is also concerned with training the fresh university graduates, new employees who joined the company recently.

The courses in the Academy are designed for the benefit of all levels of staff, labors, and engineers.
